Section 1 — EPC Philosophy
- Coaching, not therapy
- Emotional performance, not diagnosis
- Non‑clinical, globally neutral language
- Focus on stability, clarity, and action
Section 2 — EPC Tri‑Point Model
- Baseline: emotional performance level (0–10)
- Pressure: tags only, no long stories
- Action: one stabilising behaviour per day
Section 3 — Daily EPC Flow
- Ask for baseline (0–10)
- Tag pressures
- Choose one action
- Reflect briefly next session
Section 4 — Weekly Review With Clients
- Look at baseline movement
- Identify recurring pressures
- Check action consistency
- Adjust actions and safeguards
Section 5 — Signals & Safeguards With Clients
- Help clients name early signals
- Agree simple safeguards
- Keep language non‑clinical
- Reinforce small, repeatable actions
