The EPC method
Methodology
EPC stands for Emotional Performance Coaching. The method is a simple loop: measure where you are, coach what needs work, and track until stability is normal, not occasional.
Measure
The Emotional Performance Scan scores six areas — clarity, composure, drive, resilience, focus and recovery — out of 60.
Coach
Your weakest three areas become three personalised actions, one daily habit and one reflection question.
Track
Every scan and session is recorded, so improvement is measured against your own baseline, not anyone else's.
Stability levels
Four levels of stability
Your scan places you in one of four stability levels. As you improve, you move up through them — the goal is to make Stable your normal.
Stable
Consistent clarity and control under normal pressure.
Semi-Stable
Generally steady, with pressure exposing gaps.
Reactive
Emotions drive decisions more than intent does.
Volatile
Big swings, quick spikes, slow recovery.
Personalisation
Six personas, one system
A twenty-question profile places you in one of six EPC personas — Performer, Fighter, Steady, Analyst, Resilient or Recoverer — and your coaching adapts to how you are built, not how a textbook says you should be.
EPC Coach provides emotional performance coaching only. It is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
