What we collect

Account details, the emotional scores and stress levels you record, drill and session activity, reflections you write, messages with your coach, behaviour and stability records, and payment records held by our payment processor.

Why we hold it

To calculate your emotional and stability scores, run the Stability Engine, deliver programmes and certifications, support you through your coach, and meet legal and accounting duties.

Who can see it

You can always see your own records. Your coach and platform admins can see the stability and behaviour data needed to support you and hold standards. National and regional dashboards use aggregated data only.

Payments

Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by EPC Coach. We keep payment records, subscription status and refund or dispute outcomes.

Retention

We keep your records while your account is active and for as long as legal and accounting duties require after closure.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of it, export of it, or deletion of your account. Ask through Coach Chat and we will confirm the action taken.

Not a medical service

EPC Coach provides emotional performance coaching. It is not therapy, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not an emergency service.
