The EPC method
EPC in three diagrams
How we measure stability, map pressure and build lasting emotional control.
Diagram 1
EPC Stability Levels
Every scan gives a stability score from 0 to 100. Your level shows where you are today.
Exceptional stability
90–100
Calm, clear and consistent under heavy pressure.
Strong stability
75–89
Handles most pressure well and recovers fast.
Moderate stability
60–74
Steady day to day, wobbles when stakes rise.
Instability risk
40–59
Pressure regularly knocks performance off course.
Unstable
0–39
Emotions are driving outcomes. Support recommended.
Diagram 2
EPC Pressure Map
As pressure rises you move through four zones. EPC widens your Performance zone.
Comfort
Low pressure. Easy, but little growth.
Performance
The sweet spot. Pressure sharpens focus.
Strain
Overload begins. Decisions get rushed.
Breakdown
Emotion takes over. Performance drops.

The Emotional Performance Cycle
Every pressure moment follows the same loop. EPC trains each step.
- 1. Pressure — A trigger arrives
- 2. Reaction — Your emotional response
- 3. Performance — How you act
- 4. Reflection — Scan and review
- 5. Reset — Drills rebuild control
